Robert Reuland is an American novelist and criminal attorney.

He is the author of two highly acclaimed novels, Hollowpoint (2001) and Semiautomatic (2004) published by Random House. Both are set in Brooklyn.

Mr. Reuland has also written two other unpublished novels: The Convict Maiden (2008), an historical novel, and Represent (2011) .

He is at work on a fifth novel.

A graduate of Cambridge University and the Vanderbilt Law School, he was an assistant district attorney in Brooklyn where he was assigned to the homicide bureau. He now defends persons accused of murder and other serious felonies.

He lives in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
